Med spas lose money in the gap between marketing and the treatment calendar. Leads arrive in GoHighLevel. Appointments live in Meevo. Nobody can say which campaign produced booked revenue, so budget gets set on instinct and consults quietly go unfollowed.
What I actually build for med spas
- Meevo ↔ GoHighLevel: appointments, consults and outcomes flowing back to the campaign that produced them.
- Consult follow-up automation that runs whether or not the front desk is busy.
- No-show and re-engagement sequences triggered by real calendar events.
- Revenue attribution so ad spend maps to booked treatments, not just form fills.
- Boulevard and Zenoti integrations on the same pattern.
A note on patient data
Aesthetics practices sit close to protected health information, and plenty of automation advice in this space is careless about it. I keep PHI out of systems that have no business holding it, scope every integration to the minimum fields required, and will tell you plainly when a request would create a compliance problem rather than building it and leaving you with the exposure.
